Caren Urich Stacy is Founder & CEO of Diversity Lab, created to focus exclusively on boosting diversity and inclusion in the legal profession. The Lab experiments with unique and innovative ways to recruit, advance, and retain diverse talent through the use of data, behavioral science, technology, and design-thinking. For more than 20 years, she served as the head of talent for several of the world's top law firms, including Arnold & Porter, Cooley, and Weil Gotshal.
