Kelly Daley, Director at Burford, Emily Hostage, Senior Vice President and Head of Special Projects at Burford and Alyx Pattison, Vice President at Burford will be speaking at the panel “Modern Legal Finance: Leveraging Litigation Assets to Benefit the Company’s Bottom Line” hosted by Northwestern Pritzker School of Law. The panel is part of the school’s 60th Annual Corporate Counsel Virtual Institute and will take place on September 23 at 8:45am CDT.
The panel will focus on the paradigm shift in how companies and financial officers are approaching legal assets and leveraging tools to unlock them. The speakers are joined by Steven Nachtwey (Bartlit Beck) and will reflect on how legal finance enhances working capital, reduces risk and improves results for the benefit of shareholders. They will also outline concrete steps that companies should take in order to utilize the full value of their legal assets.
