Joe Durkin, Senior Vice President at Burford Capital will speak on a panel titled “Capital Crusaders: Overcoming Obstacles in Rescue and Liquidation Claims Financing” at the INSOL International Mumbai Seminar. This session will take place on February 8 at 3:45pm IST in Mumbai.
This session will explore the reasons behind this trend, investigate ways to enhance rescue financing procedures, and improve investor confidence in the insolvency landscape. The session will also delve into alternative sources of capital and resources that can mitigate the costs of litigation and resolution, thereby strengthening the market for resolution applicants.
