Emily Tillett to speak during INSOL Hong Kong
Emily Tillett, Vice President at Burford Capital will speak during the Small Practice Group during INSOL Hong Kong. The session will take place on March 17 at 1:30pm HKT in Hong Kong.
Speakers will offer a practical session demonstrating some of the central databases, contacts and tips for conducting preliminary asset investigations in some of the key, offshore jurisdictions. This will be followed by an informative panel session, considering the critical aspects of arranging litigation funding for small and medium-sized insolvency cases.
