Christopher Bogart to speak during GAR Live Dubai

Christopher Bogart, Chief Executive Officer at Burford Capital will speak during the panel “Who pays the bills? The cost of arbitration” hosted by GAR Live. The session will take place on November 13 at 9:45am GST in Dubai. 

The discussion will examine issues that have arisen around the costs surrounding international arbitration in the UAE and more generally. The panelists will look at what’s expected from the arbitrator, courts, and parties in their part in trying to save costs in an arbitration. 

Christopher will be joined by Sara Aranjo (Morgan Lewis), Aarta Alkarimi (Chrysalis International), Don Jeon (Kim & Chang) and Reza Mohtashami (Three Crowns).
