Christopher Bogart, Chief Executive Officer at Burford Capital will speak during the closing discussion on “What Deborah Has Taught Us About Litigation, Law and Life” during the Conference in Honor of Deborah Hensler. This session will take place on July 15 at 4:15PM PT in California.
The goal of the conference is to honor and celebrate Professor Deborah Hensler’s prolific career as an influential and pioneering scholar of civil justice, alternative dispute resolution, complex litigation, comparative collective litigation, and empirical legal studies. The panels are centered around Deborah’s main areas of scholarship and teaching, and they feature some of her research collaborators and former students, prominent scholars in her fields of work, and former students.
Christopher will be joined by Professor Judith Resnik (Yale Law School), Professor Molly Selvin (Pardee RAND Graduate School) and The Honorable Judge Lee H. Rosenthal (U.S. District Court, Southern District of Texas).
