Once again, several members of Burford Capital’s IP team—more than any other legal finance provider—have been recognized in the Intellectual Asset Management (IAM) Strategy 300, a wide-ranging list of the most accomplished strategists within the IP space. Managing Director Katharine Wolanyk was named to the list for a fourth consecutive year; IP Principal Eric Carlson was named to the list for a second consecutive year; and IP Principal Justin Daniels and Vice President Joshua Harris were both named to the list for the first time. Burford Senior Advisor Ashley Keller, a multiyear veteran, was also named to the list.
The IAM Strategy 300 is an annual list that “identifies the individuals who are leading the way in the development and implementation of strategies that maximize the values of IP Portfolios.” To qualify, individuals must be nominated by three people from outside their own organization. Once they’ve been nominated, those individuals are researched extensively and vetted by senior members of the global IP community, thereby ensuring that honorees are truly at the cutting edge of IP value development, creation and management.
