2023 London ILFA Conference: Law firm clients are increasingly asking for legal finance solutions
In-house lawyers expect their law firm partners to offer them risk-sharing and legal finance solutions. This has been confirmed by recent research, which shows that over half (51%) of senior in-house lawyers view it as important that law firms are well-versed in legal finance solutions and are ready to advise them about its availability.
Clients want their law firms to be true business partners. By introducing legal finance in a client conversation, a law firm immediately communicates an understanding of their client’s pain points and signals that it stands ready to offer a range of solutions to meet the client’s needs.
