Philipp Leibfried to speak during Exploring the Post Office case and access to justice

Philipp Leibfried, Head of Europe at Burford Capital will speak during “Exploring the Post Office case and access to justice” hosted by The Commercial Litigators’ Forum. This session will take place on June 12 at 6:00PM BST in London. 

The panel will discuss the rise of group actions and the role of litigation funding in access to justice as well as the part pro bono can play in bringing cases. Philipp will be joined by Sarah Abram KC (Advocate), Richard Blann (Lloyds Banking), Patrick Green KC (Henderson Chambers), Lucy Pert (Hausfeld) and Rob Rothkopf (Balance Legal Capital LLP). 

The Commercial Litigators’ Forum (“CLF”) was established in early July 2002 by a number of leading dispute resolution practices (i.e partners and associates from the committee law firms). It has representatives from all the principal litigation practices participating in its activities. The CLF is now active in London and New York.
