Matthew Toma to speak at Swedish Arbitration Days

Matthew Toma, Research Director at Burford Capital will speak on a panel titled “Obtaining digital evidence/information” at the 2025 Swedish Arbitration Days. This session will take place on January 23 at 9:45AM CET in Stockholm. 

This panel will explore where the digital evidence located, who is “in the possession, custody or control of” of digital information and how courts are dealing with it in different jurisdictions.
