Jeffery Commission to speak at the 13th ITA-IEL-ICC Joint Conference on International Energy Arbitration

Jeffery Commission, Director at Burford Capital will speak on a panel titled “Enforcement and Collection of Arbitration Awards” at the 13th ITA-IEL-ICC Joint Conference on International Energy Arbitration. This session will take place on January 16 at 11:20am CST in Houston. 

This panel will explore the panel's unique perspectives on effective and efficient ways to collect arbitration awards and address developments in this area, including the use of bankruptcy laws and the influence of funders on the process.

Jeffery will be joined by Ruth Byrne, K.C. (King & Spalding International LLP), Steven Kobre (Kobre & Kim LLP) and Nania Owusu-Ankomah (Bentsi-Enchill Letsa & Ankomah).
