Greg McPolin and Alyx Pattison to speak at ACC Chicago Summit

Greg McPolin, Managing Director and Alyx Pattison, Senior Vice President will speak on the panel "Affirmative Recovery Programs 101: How Legal Departments are Leveraging Litigation Assets to Generate Revenue" during the ACC Chicago Summit on September 18. 

This panel will delve into the innovative ways Fortune 500 companies think about pursuing affirmative claims and how they might use legal finance to their advantage to move legal costs off balance sheets and allow companies to focus on core business activities. Panelists will also discuss how large companies are working with companies like Burford Capital to monetize their litigation assets and put capital to work well ahead of final resolution of their case.

Greg and Alyx will be joined by Terri Ahrens (US Foods) and Caroline L. Schiff (Humana Inc.).

Founded as the American Corporate Counsel Association in 1981, their roots began in the United States. Since the founding, they have grown from a small organization of in-house counsel to a worldwide network of legal professionals.
