Florencia Villaggi to speak on the webinar titled "Facilitation of transactional agreements in alternative dispute resolution methods"

Florencia Villaggi, Vice President at Burford Capital will speak during the webinar “Facilitation of transactional agreements in alternative dispute resolution methods” hosted by the Càmara Argentina de Comercio y Servicios and ICC Argentina. This webinar will take place on May 8. 

This panel explore their view on the different tools considered by the ICC Arbitration Commission report on facilitation of transactional agreements in international arbitration. Among other topics, the possibility of including mediation windows, bifurcation of preliminary issues, and case management techniques in an arbitration procedure will be addressed. Florencia will be joined by Luis A. Erize (Abeledo Gottheil Abogados), Mariana Oliveira (Torneos), Ines de San Martin (Duquesne University) and Erik Schäfer (Árbitro Internacional).
