Emily Tillett to speak at The New Arbitration Funding Landscape in Hong Kong

Emily Tillett, Vice President at Burford Capital, will be speaking at “Issues, Opportunities and Rewards for Parties and Their Lawyers: The New Arbitration Funding Landscape in Hong Kong” hosted by the ICC and the Hong Kong Department of Justice. The session will take place on June 28 at 10:30AM HKST in Hong Kong and online.
The seminar will discuss specific issues arising for solicitors, barristers and inhouse counsel from Hong Kong’s December 2022 reforms to permit outcome related fee structures for arbitration (ORFSA) and 2019 reforms to allow third party funding for arbitration (TPFA).
