What mediators and others need to know about legal finance

On the 8 September, Burford's Andrew Lundberg was interviewed by Jeff Kichaven on his series "Will Work For Food." They discussed the basics of legal finance, including how litigation finance is underwritten, how financed cases are administered and how financing can provide plaintiffs and defendants with legal, financial and accounting benefits.
