Mick Smith to speak during the General Counsel Summit

Mick Smith, Principal at Burford Capital will be speaking on the panel “Hidden in plain sight: extracting more value from claims, judgments and unenforced awards” during the General Counsel Summit hosted by the Economist Impact. This session will take place on November 1 at 10:30AM GMT in London. 

The roundtable discussion will explore how businesses are using cost-shifting and cost-saving measures to mitigate rising disputes in an uncertain economy.
