Matthew Toma to speak at the Asset Recovery CEE conference

Matthew Toma, Research Director at Burford Capital will speak on the “Investigations on a Portfolio Basis and in Special Situations in the CEE” panel during the Asset Recovery CEE conference. This session will take place on April 18 at 3:30PM CEST in Warsaw. 

The panel will discuss how creditors can leverage litigation finance and cross-border enforcement expertise to drive recoveries, shift risk off balance sheet, and free up both capital and management time. Matthew will be joined by Michael Fenn (Pinsent Masons) and Razvan Stoicescu (Musat & Asociatii).  

Asset Recovery CEE is the inaugural Polish event for the dispute resolution and investigations sectors. Aimed at legal professionals, litigation funders, corporate investigations specialists and asset recovery experts, the event will bring together leading experts and industry practitioners from the CEE region and beyond.
