Jörn Eschment to speak at the Competition Litigation Forum

Jörn Eschment, Director at Burford Capital, will be speaking on the panel "Third Party Litigation Funding" at the Competition Litigation Forum in Munich, Germany. The session will take place on May 4 at 6:00PM CEST.

The panel will discuss the advantages and disadvantages of EU-wide regulation relating to the legal finance industry. Jörn will also speak about Burford’s expanding role in the European antitrust space. Jörn will be joined by Katharina Kolb (Lieff Cabraser), Peter Gey (Wilmer Hale), Susanne Augenhofer (University of Innsbruck) and Jacek Gartska (European Commission).
