Joe Durkin to co-chair at RILPA Conference

Joe Durkin, Senior Vice President at Burford Capital, will be co-chairing and speaking on the panel, "Developments in the rescue finance market across the Middle East & in offshore jurisdictions" at the Restructuring Insolvency and Legal Practitioners Association (RILPA) Conference. The session will take place on March 9 at 9:45AM GST at Shangri-La Dubai.

The panel will explore what is the legal and practical landscape for securing rescue finance and how it differs onshore and offshore across the MENA region and a company’s ability to secure rescue finance from debt investors.

RILPA was formed to promote the support and development of the insolvency and restructuring industry in the UAE and it has been set up to hold international and regional events across GCC countries and the wider MENA region.
