Jeffery Commission to speak during Paris Arbitration Week

Jeffery Commission, Director at Burford Capital will speak on a panel titled “Mining Arbitrations: Navigating the Latest Trends in Investor-State Cases” at Paris Arbitration Week. This session will take place on April 9 at 4:30pm CEST in Paris. 

This session will explore the evolving landscape of mining arbitrations highlighting key developments, challenges and opportunities.

Jeffery will be joined by Daniela Bambaci (BRG), Pablo Spiller (BRG), Manuel A. Abdala (BRG), Andrew Webb (BRG) and Laura Sinisterra (Debevoise & Plimpton).
