Daniel Hall to speak at the MENA Forum

Daniel Hall, Co-Head of EMEA at Burford Capital, will be speaking on the panel “Tracing and Recovery of Assets in the Context of Insolvency and Cross-Border Implications” at the First MENA Forum on Insolvency, Business Restructuring & Investment Promotion. The session will take place on June 20 at 3:00PM EEST in Cairo.

The panel will provide updates on cross-border insolvency case law in MENA and globally. Daniel will be joined by Nick Wood (Grant Thorton) and Yehia Marwan (Egyptian money laundry combating and terrorist finance unit).
