Christopher Bogart to speak at PLI's International Arbitration event

Christopher Bogart, Chief Executive Officer at Burford Capital will participate in the panel "New Directions in International Arbitration" at PLI's International Arbitration event. This session will take place on June 23 at 11:00AM EDT. 

This panel will explore new directions in international arbitration, offering participants the opportunity to engage with several key issues shaping the field today. The session will also address the necessity of witness statements in arbitration proceedings and evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of summary dispositions. Participants will gain insight into circumstances under which an arbitration may be resolved without the need for hearings.

Christopher will be joined by Louis Benno Kimmelman, Michael Paisner and Diora Ziyaeva.
