Aviva Will and Emily Tillett to speak on InterLaw Diversity Forum webinar

Aviva Will, Co-Chief Operating Officer and Emily Tillett, Vice President at Burford, will be speaking on the “Women’s Career Progression Factsheet” webinar hosted by InterLaw Diversity Forum. The webinar will take place on 27 April at 5:00pm BST.

The session will review the recently launched Women’s Career Progression Factsheet, the latest in a series of resources bringing to life key concerns from Interlaw’s research data on diversity in the legal sector. The speakers will consider a range of important questions, including the effect of performative diversity efforts on progress, obstacles in the way of cultural change and innovative approaches to inspiring real chance. Aviva and Emily will be joined by Daniel Winterfeldt QC (Founder & Chair, InterLaw Diversity Forum, Equity Project Champion) and Banke Odunaike (Head of Legal EMEA, CBRE)

The InterLaw Diversity Forum was established in 2008 by founder & chair Daniel Winterfeldt QC (Hon), originally as an inter-organizational forum for all LGBT+ personnel in the legal sector.
