The American Lawyer reports on a new Burford Quarterly piece on "litigation in the cryptosphere: a roundtable on trends in cryptocurrency and insolvency."
The recent roundtable was hosted by Burford Capital and led by Managing Director Michael Redman, and Vice Presidents Salina Brindle and Emily Tillett. As discussed in the roundtable and subsequently reported in the article, insolvency and fraud involving cryptocurrency are likely to lead to an increase in legal work.
