Bruce is the head of our national Energy & Natural Resources group, and has 30 years' experience in M&A and project development in the resources sector. He is widely regarded by clients and peers as one of the leading energy and resources lawyers in Australia, and is best known for his expertise in mining sector joint ventures, M&A and project development.
Jo Feldman is a dispute resolution partner at Norton Rose Fulbright, based primarily in Perth and with a strong resources-focussed practice. She has acted on commercial and treaty-based arbitrations, has acted for and against States, and has been a tribunal secretary. Jo has acted on resources arbitrations in Asia and Africa, human rights and environmental disputes, sanctions disputes, utilities disputes in Eastern Europe, IP disputes involving China, and worked on some of the largest arbitrations in the world including a $200bn resources claim, the tobacco plain packaging disputes against Australia, and the EU/US Boeing dispute in the World Trade Organization.
