Kelly Daley to speak at Corporate Counsel CLE Seminar

Kelly Daley, Director at Burford, will be speaking on the panel “Impactful Tools to Advance Women Litigators” as part of the 2022 Corporate Counsel CLE Seminar. The session will take place on February 18 at 7:00 am EST.
The panel will discuss various tools firms and clients can use to help advance women litigators, including using litigation funding to help women litigators develop a sustainable book, various initiatives adopted by in-house law departments to require diversity in the firms they work with, asking about origination credit and working with women owned law firms. Kelly will be joined by Naomi M. Berry (Carlton Fields).
