Joe Durkin to speak at 3rd Annual ILA Conference

Joe Durkin, Senior Vice President at Burford Capital will speak on the panel “Litigation Funding: Maximising Value of Distressed Assets” during the 3rd Annual ILA Conference in India. The session will take place on March 15. 

Experts will discuss the role of litigation funding in optimizing price discovery for distressed assets. 

Joe will be joined by Shweta Bharti (Hammurabi & Solomon Partners), Dr. Sulette Lombard (the University of South Australia) and Mr. Sanjeev Pandey (Reserve Bank of India).
