Jeffery Commission to speak on Looking Through a Prism: Perspectives on Contemporary Issues in Energy Disputes

Jeffery Commission, Director at Burford Capital, will be speaking on a panel “Looking Through a Prism: Perspectives on Contemporary Issues in Energy Disputes” co-hosted by Squire Patton Boggs, Chartered Institute of Arbitrators North America Branch (CIArb) and the Energy Disputes Arbitration Center (EDAC). The session will take place on September 12 at 5:50pm EST in Washington, DC.  

The panel will explore contemporary issues in energy disputes featuring arbitration and legal industry professionals. Jeffery will be joined on the panel by Gonzalo Flores (ICSID), Serhat Eskiyoruk (Ministry of the Energy and Natural Resources), Mallory Silberman (Georgetown Law Center) and Timothy Hart (HKA).
