Alyx Pattison to speak at ACC Georgia’s Business Litigation Summit

Alyx Pattison, Director at Burford Capital will speak on the panel “Who Gets the Check? Recovering Fees & Expenses in Affirmative Litigation (or Never Paying Them at All)” at the Business Litigation Summit hosted by ACC Georgia. The summit will take place on March 26 in Atlanta. 

This panel will provide essential tools to help companies enforce their rights while generating revenue from their legal departments. Panelists will begin with an overview of corporate recovery opportunities, followed by a discussion on various tools available to cover or recover attorneys’ fees, expenses and other litigation costs. Topics will include contract provisions, Georgia and Federal statutes, fee arrangements and litigation finance.  

Alyx will be joined by Pat Fagan and Ben Thorpe (Bondurant Mixon & Elmore LLP).
