Equity Project Champion and partner at White & Case Tara Lee has been recognized by the Women, Influence & Power 2020 awards as a Collaborative Leader. She was recognized for her work addressing disparity among men and women at all levels of law, helping her own firm increase the number of new female partners from 15% to 50% in one year and for her work on The Equity Project.
