Quentin Pak to speak at the 2023 Malaysia Insolvency Conference

Quentin Pak, Director at Burford Capital, will be speaking on the panel "Litigation funding - from insolvency practitioners' and lawyers' perspective" at the 2023 Malaysia Insolvency Conference hosted by Malaysia Institute of Accountants (MIA), Insolvency Practitioners of Malaysia (iPAM) and MICPA Malaysia. The session will take place on June 21 at 1:30PM MYT in Kuala Lumpur.  

The panel will discuss recent developments in third-party funding and speak about the various innovative financing structures and solutions that companies and law firms can pursue. Quentin will be joined by Andrew Barden (Rodgers Reidy Sydney) and Eloise Matsui (Omni Bridgeway). 

MIA is a statutory body established under the Accountants Act 1967, with a mandate to regulate and develop the accountancy profession in Malaysia. iPAM is a non-Government and non-profit organisation incorporated as a Society and registered with the Registrar of Societies Malaysia on 8 February 2010. MICPA is the only Malaysian-grown Professional Accounting Body that was formed on July 26, 1958.
