Matt Lee to speak at ACICA/CIArb Australia International Arbitration Conference

Matt Lee, Principal at Burford, will be speaking on the panel “Insolvency and Arbitration” at the ACICA/CIArb Australia International Arbitration Conference 2022. The session will take place on 7 November at 3PM AEDT.
The panel will discuss recent trends in insolvency and arbitration in Australia and the wider APAC region. Matt will be joined by Polly Pope (Russell McVeigh), Karen Petch (New Chambers) and Courtney Lotfi (Jones Day). The conference is hosted by Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (ACICA) and Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (Australia) and is the lead event for Australian Arbitration Week and this year’s focus is on future frontiers.
Established in 1985, The Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (ACICA) is Australia’s international dispute resolution institution. The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, founded in 1915, exists for the global promotion, facilitation and development of all forms of private dispute resolution.
